Omega De Ville ladies’ dress watch, reference 511.0392, from the 1970s, with a manual-wind Caliber 625 movement, 24 mm stainless steel case, champagne/gold dial, black leather strap (short length), in good condition with visible signs of wear, shipped insured.
Description from the seller
Omega De Ville vintage women's watch, reference 511.0392, an elegant mechanical dress watch from the 1970s by the Bienne-based Maison.
The case measures 24 × 31 mm and features a classic gold finish, paired with a stainless steel screw-down case back. The champagne/gold dial preserves the minimalist layout typical of the De Ville collection: baton-applied indices, slim dark hands, the Omega logo at 12 o'clock and the "De Ville" signature at 6 o'clock. The two-hand configuration emphasizes the watch's slender and elegant character.
Particularly interesting is the movement, clearly visible in the photos: Omega caliber 625, manual-winding mechanical, 17 jewels and a frequency of 21,600 alt/h. It is a compact movement developed for the elegant, small-sized models of the era, characterized by the traditional Omega rose-gold finish.
Reference 511.0392 is documented in the 1970s De Ville family and associated with caliber 625. The piece shows a patina consistent with its age: visible signs and loss of the gold finish in some areas of the case and lugs. The dial shows small signs of wear but remains legible. The black strap signed Omega shows heavy wear, cracking and abrasions; the buckle is also Omega-signed.
Documentation relating to a recent service is not available. Water resistance not tested and not guaranteed.
