Invader (1969) - Invader – « Scarface » – Carte d’exposition « Bad Men – Part II » – Lazarides Gallery, Londres, 2007

Invader – « Scarface », 2007. Exhibition card printed on cardboard (show card) made for « Bad Men – Part II », presented at the Lazarides Gallery in London from October 5 to November 9, 2007, as indicated on its back. The front reproduces a composition from Invader's « Rubik » universe: an image built like a grid of multicolored squares, whose pixels reveal Scarface's face when viewed from a distance. The back pairs a monumental black typography — « INVADER / BAD MEN – PART II » — with a small red pixelated character and the practical exhibition information. This contrast between a dense portrait and an extremely minimalist back gives the card both graphical and documentary interest.
