This is a fantastic new project/estate founded by Ludovica Antinori and his daughter Sophia. (Owner of Marchesi Antinori). A very limited amount of bottles are produced each year, with a Cabernet Franc dominant blend. (Inspired by the famous Chateau Cheval Blanc from Saint Emilion, Bordeaux)
