Good. Small hole at the bottom of the spine, about 0.5 cm. Inner hinge partially open as well as inner margin in places - the book block fixed in the binding. Front board loose, small tear at the edge of the board and flyleaf. Large triangular tear in leaves 87/88, about 7 cm. Leaves 312/313 and 314/315 loose and somewhat frayed at the edge. Interior browned, here and there a spot. Some wormholes.
