Angel Guerrero Ferrer - Empezando el dia

This is a painting inspired by the world of E. Hopper. E. Hopper was one of the painters who managed to capture this atmosphere of quietude and calm while also conveying a psychological connection with the characters. This composition plays in its scene with the wall panel on which the painting 'Morning Sun,' which he created in 1952, appears. The woman seated in the chair begins by sipping coffee with her agenda prepared to face the day. The Hopper panel reminds us that despite the circumstances each day dawns, the sun always returns.

The painting is executed in oil on panel and is presented varnished and framed for maximum protection. For its transport, a reinforced cardboard box will be used along with bubble wrap. This work comes with a certificate of authenticity.
