πJS aka Stephen Joannon (Artist, Gallerist, Exhibition Curator, Music Critic…)
A versatile visual artist and transmitter of shapes, presents ROBBIT: a series of vividly colored sculptures, a playful homage to the worlds of Barry Flanagan, Jeff Koons and Kaws, steeped in the electronic motifs of Herbie Hancock — particularly Rockit (1983), from which its name derives. Made in Tourrettes-sur-Loup in collaboration with an exceptional craftsman, the collection unfolds in four silhouettes, each then hand-painted in strictly unique variations.
A poem of metal and matter, ROBBIT blends bold pop with playful sweetness: a sculptural presence that strikes with its chromatic optimism and visual melody. These pieces, designed to catch the eye and complement contemporary collections, are produced in limited editions — an invitation to seize the work before its disappearance.
