VITYRA - Dyami

Dyami
Oil and acrylic on canvas
100 cm x 140 cm (39 inches x 55 inches)

Dyami is a striking portrait that combines sensual provocation with a strong sense of presence and identity. Dyami’s direct gaze and extended tongue create an immediate erotic tension, while the long braids, feathered ornament and native american painted facial details give the work a distinctive visual character. The result is a portrait that feels bold, intimate and fully self-aware.

Set against a soft olive background, the dark body is rendered through broad, simplified tonal planes that give Dyami a sculptural, commanding presence. The vivid red tongue becomes the central focal point, sharply contrasting with the deep skin tones and the restrained palette. The braids and white painted accents add rhythm and detail to the composition, giving the image a sharper graphic impact while keeping the overall look clean and contemporary.

What makes Dyami compelling is the balance between confidence and provocation. He does not appear passive or exposed, but entirely in control of the attention he draws. The result is a portrait that feels seductive, masculine and memorable, heated in atmosphere, yet still polished and sophisticated.
