The Giuseppe Quintarelli winery, located on the hills of Negrar in the heart of Valpolicella Classica, is one of the most important realities in Venetian wine tradition.

Giuseppe Quintarelli built the fame of his company through a philosophy based on limited productions, strict grape selection, traditional fermentations and very long aging. After his passing in 2012, the family has continued to follow the same production approach.

Valpolicella Classico Superiore is one of the estate’s historic wines. The prolonged aging in large Slavonian oak casks contributes to the wine’s complexity and longevity, without masking the character of the grapes and the territory.
