Particularly interesting are the numbers dedicated to the dramatic Dolomite stage of the 1950 Giro with Coppi’s fall, Koblet’s final victory, the Tour de France, the Giro di Lombardia and Coppi’s figure in the golden years of Italian cycling.
The great photographic covers perfectly convey the atmosphere of the so-called heroic cycling, making the lot interesting both for the sports periodical collector and for the cycling history enthusiast.
