Bright golden yellow colour, persistent perlage. On the nose it opens up on floral hints of hawthorn, with a strong hint of citrus fruits, exotic fruits and lime. In the mouth, it opens with great freshness and minerality. Long, persistent finish with notes of green apple and brioche. Great elegance.
