Description from the seller

De Jeugd van Tegenwoordig – “Moderne Manieren” (Official Album Poster)

This is an original, official album poster for Moderne Manieren by De Jeugd van Tegenwoordig, one of the most influential and irreverent Dutch acts of the 21st century.

Released in 2011, Moderne Manieren marked a pivotal moment for De Jeugd. Sharper, darker, and more conceptually layered than their earlier work, the album blended electronic hip-hop, satire, futurism, and social commentary into a distinctly Dutch cultural statement. This poster visually captures that spirit perfectly.

The artwork is bold and dystopian: towering robotic figures dominate a stylised cityscape, rendered in a striking orange-and-black palette. Futuristic infrastructure, exaggerated scale, and comic-book precision give the image a graphic, almost sci-fi quality. It feels like a manifesto in visual form. Loud, ironic, intelligent.

This poster was produced as official album promotion, not a later reprint. It was meant to be seen on the streets, in venues, and in record stores, which makes surviving examples increasingly scarce. Today, it stands as a snapshot of a defining era in Dutch pop culture.
