Le Mullineux Schist Syrah 2020 is a great South African Syrah from Mullineux, a benchmark reference in the Swartland. Born on the shale soils of Roundstone, this 100% Syrah—intense and structured—pairs black fruits, spices, freshness, and refined tannins. Ideal with a ribeye steak, game, or roasted lamb, it has a very nice aging potential, on the order of 15 to 20 years in good conditions.
