Lao Gonzalez - Blue Meridian, XL

Blue Meridian
Original abstract work handmade with acrylic paint on canvas.
A composition of fluid lines that cross the surface forming broad organic and enveloping paths. The intense blue unfolds over the warm and earthy tones of the background, creating a marked contrast, while the lighter lines introduce zones of transition and balance within the composition.
The repetition of the strokes generates a continuous sense of movement, depth and expansion. The shapes seem to meet, separate and flow again through the canvas, giving rise to a contemporary work with a strong visual presence, especially suitable as a focal point in modern and minimalist interiors.
