4/4 cello in maple, branded Louis Blitz, with a weight of 2000 g and dimensions of 130 cm overall length, 75 cm body length and 44 cm lower width, tested and playable in good physical condition, country of origin unknown, includes no extras.
Description from the seller
Interesting and beautiful cello, a bargain from a shop window display. The cello has a total length including the pegbox of 1.30 m, a body length of 75 cm. The lower bout is 44 cm. The finish shows signs of wear, patina, and cracks. The cello still has acceptable strings made by Louis Blitz, Rotterdam 1995. The cello certainly needs setup. It cannot be ruled out that the finish could be refined to highlight its beauty; the cello has no open flaws or cracks and is thus in an absolutely scratch-free condition. Currently, good bidding success and lots of joy in making music.
As described as 'certified' or 'ascribed', violins and bows include pictures of their certificates and therefore indicate a higher degree of documented security regarding maker, origin and age than instruments described only as 'labelled' (violins) or 'stamped' (bows), for which we offer no warranty.
