Original Edition of Benoît Brisefer - Volume 4: Uncle Placide, published by Dupuis Editions in 1969, drawn and written by Peyo and François Walthéry.
Benoît Brisefer: 3 illustrated titles (Les Taxis Rouges, Madame Adolphine, Les Douze Travaux de Benoît Brisefer).
Johan et Pirlouit: 12 titles listed (stops at no. 12 The Cursed Land).
The Smurfs: 4 titles listed (stops at no. 4 The Egg and the Smurfs).
Back: Original red laminated back with the inscription No. 4 ★ BENOIT BRISEFER ★ TONTON PLACIDE.
The copy presented is in very good condition, close to near mint (TBE / SUP):
Covers and boards: Very clean, vivid colors and laminated finish well preserved without major scratches.
Corners: Very sharp and square, extremely light wear.
Back and spines: Entire red back, not faded, upper and lower spines intact.
Inside pages: Binding solid, paper very white, absence of inscriptions, writings or visible tears.
