In this lot one of the iconic skulls by the Mexican artist Carlos del Bravo is presented. The work on skulls characterizes his entire production since his beginnings in Mexico, with his arrival in Pietrasanta, Italy in 2015. Del Bravo completes his training, learning and perfecting the sculpting techniques typical of the Italian tradition. From the fusion of these two cultures are born Del Bravo’s works, which he personally creates without assistants. All of his works are unique pieces.

Academic formation:
2004: drawing and painting lessons with master José Apaza Ilich
2006: enters the Antonio Segoviano de Leon Gto Art Institute
2007: collaborates with artist Alfi Vibern of Brazil at the International Biennial of Sculptures in León Gto. 2007
2008: works as a modeler and trainer at Trinitate and Ceramists United, Renaissance of the Trinidad group in Santana del Conde Gto.
2009: works as an assistant to master Gustavo Aceves in Comanjilla Gto.
2012: moves to the city of Pietrasanta as a developer of sculpting techniques in the Lapidarium project of master Gustavo Aceves
2026: currently works as sculptor, trainer, restorer at two lakes, collaborating with artists such as Antonio Mastromarino, Eleonora Francioni, Giulio Galgani among others, still working on his project Eros y tanatos
