AI-assisted summary

Description from the seller

In this series, with reminiscences of brutalism, I paint dense, heavy spaces, almost monumental. Within them there always appears a small, solitary figure that inhabits silence without fear.

I am drawn to the tension between the mass of color and the body, between the rigidity of concrete and the apparent fragility of the figure.

TECHNICAL DATA:
- Acrylic on cotton-polyester canvas.
- Unique, original painting.
- Signed and dated by the artist behind the canvas.
- Certificate of authenticity attached.
- The artwork is designed to be stretched on a frame of 89x130 cm. The fabric measures about 5 cm more on each side.
- Shipped without frame or stretchers.
- The work is sent rolled to minimize damage and reduce transport costs.
- Gallery images are AI-generated montages or rendering program renders, to give an idea of how the painting might look framed and hung in different environments. The sizes are indicative.
- Colors on screen may vary slightly from the painting’s real colors.
- The canvas may show waviness inherent to its material loading. It is recommended to take it to a specialist to properly stretch it on a frame.
- If you open it to view and roll it again, ALWAYS ensure the painted side is facing outwards.

Seller's Story

I was born in 1982 in Argentina where I worked as a graphic designer for more than 15 years. In 2016 I moved to Barcelona for love, but the feeling of uprooting led me to enroll in swimming classes, where I began to feel more connected to myself. I returned to painting, my true passion, and turned it into my profession, exploring the human figure as a vehicle for emotions and the different moods I have experienced. I have presented my work in solo exhibitions in Madrid and Barcelona, and have participated in several group exhibitions at the Esther Montoriol, Jordi Barnadas and Sara Caso galleries, as well as in the Art For Life project (Chicago, USA). My works are also part of numerous private collections in America, Europe and Australia.
