The price is the current Overstreet price guide value in this grade but not considering the extra value of the Mark Jewelers insert which can be more than double the "normal" value of a comic
Mark Jeweler inserts are rare but comics with the Mark Jewelers insert in high grade are very rare because these were only sold near US Army bases where these books were shared by soldiers so these were not the ideal conditions to keep these book in high grade
