Description from the seller
Kinga Bajor is a Polish artist and painter who is also professionally involved in artistic work.
Artist has been developing her artistic practice since 2011. Her studio is based in Krzyżewo, near Frombork, in Poland’s Warmian-Masurian region, where she creates her paintings and continues to develop her distinctive artistic style.
Nature is the primary source of inspiration for Kinga Bajor. As she describes her artistic practice: “Painting is my passion, and my love of flowers makes them the central subject of my work.”*
Bajor combines traditional brushwork with the use of a palette knife. She applies oil paint in thick, expressive layers, creating richly textured surfaces and a strong sense of depth and dimension.
Her paintings are created on traditional stretched canvas, often with the edges painted as part of the composition. This allows the works to be displayed without a frame, preserving the painting’s contemporary and tactile character.
