Michael Rees (1962) - Putto 8 leg 2.2.2.2

Animation kit by the American sculptor and media artist Michael Rees (USA, 1960),
consisting of a vector animation that he conceived as a video loop within the Putto series made from resin, stored on a Dell laptop (Windows XP) and capable of being played.
This laptop was securely mounted by the artist inside a wooden box, which is then covered with a matching acrylic panel, so that only the video loop remains visible in a display case.
Laptop power input according to the US standard: 110 volts, therefore there is a converter to operate this work at 220 volts as well.

This artwork is shipped with a copy of the original invoice from the gallery bitforms, New York.
