The jacket is crafted from brown, mauve, and shimmering metallic gold tweed. Contrasting chocolate-brown silk panels are decorated with intricate butterfly and paisley motifs in blue and gold, further enhanced with shiny hand-painted gold outlining and detailing that catches the light beautifully.

The jacket also incorporates brown leather detailing, used to frame and define the curved panel construction and pockets, adding another layer of texture to the design. The angular front pockets are lined in silk, reflecting the level of craftsmanship throughout the piece.

The fitted silhouette is distinctly Cavalli, with structured shoulders, a defined waist, and curved panels that create a corset-like shape. The front closes with a series of delicate gold-tone hook-and-eye fastenings. The sleeves also have hook-and-eye fastenings. The back is equally striking, with large silk panels featuring the same butterfly and paisley decoration, bordered by leather detailing and set against the metallic tweed.

The interior is fully finished with a 100% silk lining, which remains beautifully preserved, together with the original Roberto Cavalli labels and authenticity hologram. Made in Italy.

The blazer is in very good vintage condition. There is some slight pilling to the tweed consistent with age and normal wear, but no visible significant defects. The silk remains in beautiful condition both inside and outside the jacket, with no holes, pulled threads, or visible damage. The leather detailing, hand-painted motifs and gold-tone fastenings are also very well preserved.
