Original work by Brazilian artist Regina Chulam (born 1950), titled “Aquário,” created in 1988.
Waxed acrylic on canvas, dimensions 55 × 38 cm. Work signed bottom left. On the reverse there is a handwritten inscription by the artist as well as an original label indicating the title, the dimensions, the year 1988 and the technique “acrílico encerado s/tela.”
Abstract, marine-inspired composition, in a palette mainly of black, gray and white, with touches of green, blue and brown.
The canvas is mounted on its original frame and has a hanging system. Sold without an external frame.
Overall good condition considering its age. The painterly surface is well preserved. Some slight signs of aging, marks on the edges and dust on the reverse are visible. No known restorations. The photographs are an integral part of the description and show precisely the condition of the work.
The work will be carefully protected and packed for transport.
