Description from the seller
A nautical-inspired Goldtime wall clock, designed as a classic ship hatch and mounted on a solid circular wood base in a mahogany tone.
Its standout feature is the large front in a metallic gold finish, with a hatch operable by a top hinge and two side latches, elements that add volume and authenticity to its maritime aesthetic. In the center it presents an elegant gold-toned dial with Roman numerals, perimeter minute markers and ornate hands, accompanied by a red second hand.
The contrast between the dark wood and the gold finish gives the piece a strong decorative presence, evoking the traditional clocks and instruments used aboard vessels.
Equipped with a quartz movement accessible from the back and retains the Samarcil – Madrid label on the reverse. It shows signs and patina from use and the passage of time, especially noticeable on the gold elements and the wood, preserving the vintage character of the piece.
A striking decorative clock, especially suitable for collectors of nautical objects and vintage marine decor.
Measures approximately 34 cm in diameter × 10 cm in depth.
