2010 Tenuta Tre Cancelli, Lituo - Lazio IGT - 1 Double Magnum/Jeroboam (3.0L)

Il Lituo is an emblem of the Lazio Region. Produced entirely from Merlot grapes at the Tre Cancelli estate in Cerveteri. These grapes come from a area rich in salts and potassium, and thanks to the scarcity of organic matter it yields very limited quantities in the vineyard. A balanced wine, but at the same time, thanks to its aging in barrels for a minimum of nine months, it becomes complex and elegant. After bottling it will spend at least another year aging. A wine to discover, with fantastic game-based dishes.
