Marques de Tomares is a family Enterprise. Three family generations have dedicated their lives to viticulture and the elaboration of Rioja wines.
The first one who began to work in this field was grandfather: Román Montaña. (that is the reason why one of our wines brand name is Don Roman), a brand name that honors our family founder, the first wine artisan master in the family who began his labour there in 1910. Nowadays are their grandsons whom continue with a big success this labour.
