AI-assisted summary
Description from the seller
Original painting signed “A. Putti”, depicting a suggestive river landscape immersed in the woods, created in the approximate second half of the 20th century.
The composition is dominated by lush vegetation that guides the eye toward the course of the water. Particularly pleasing is the rendering of reflections on the water surface, achieved through horizontal brushstrokes and color variations in shades of green, ochre, brown, and blue.
The painting exhibits a tactile finish and a free brushwork, especially evident in the vegetation, the tree trunks, and the reflections.
The work bears the signature “A. Putti” at the bottom right. Since it has not been possible to reliably attribute the signature to a documented artist, the painting is properly offered as a work signed A. Putti, author unidentified, with no further attribution.
Framed as a courtesy.
The work is presented in good overall condition, with normal signs consistent with its age.
The photographs accurately show the work, signature, painted surface, rear, and condition.
Careful packaging and traceable shipping.
