Cor Schaap (1968) - Strandgezicht

Cor Schaap paints in a (post)impressionist style both en plein air and from his studio by the sea. In his paintings the atmosphere and the emotion of the Dutch coast are central.

The work of the Katwijk-born painter is represented, among others, by Galerie Gabriëls in The Hague, a renowned name in the Dutch art world for more than fifty years. This makes this painting not only an attractive addition to any interior but also a particularly notable work by a respected contemporary coastal painter.

This charming oil painting, a view of the sea, is mounted in a floating, elegant silver-black box frame by Prins Lijsten.
