Dekorative XXL 3 er Set Spekulatiusformen / Holzmodel – Beka Intermercante – ca. 1970/1980er Jahre - Mold Mid-century modern

For sale is a complete, cohesive 3-piece set of decorative wall reliefs in the form of historic Speculaas molds (wooden models / gingerbread molds) from the well-known brand Beka Intermercante from the 1970s/1980s.
The set impresses with its stately size and the detailed, three-dimensionally worked carvings of traditional costume figures and musicians, which are typical for classic image-speculaas molds. Made from a light, fine-grained softwood (linden or abachi wood), the wooden molds have a wonderfully velvety, waxed surface, giving them an elegant, satin-matte patina.

• Manufacturer: Beka Intermercante (Original brand stamp on the back of the large main element).
• Dimensions of the large Speculaas mold: 49 cm x 18 cm x 2 cm (with original cord hanging).
• Dimensions of the two smaller Speculaas molds: Each 29.5 cm x 12 cm x 2 cm (with practical rear drilling for flush wall mounting).
• Condition: Good vintage condition with patina from age. One of the smaller molds shows light, superficial scratches on the front, which accentuate the rustic charm of these folk-art objects.
A beautiful ensemble for collectors of antique kitchen items, Speculaas molds, vintage decoration, or rustic folk art.
