The fabric features an elaborate jacquard geometric motif built through a sequence of broken lines, chevron elements and overlapping abstract shapes. The design is rendered almost entirely tone-on-tone: it is the different reflection of light on the weaves that makes it appear and disappear depending on the angle.
The Doré shade, an elegant warm gold between champagne, honey and golden beige, further enhances this effect. In close-up photographs it is possible to appreciate the richness of the workmanship and the slightly iridescent surface typical of fabrics that include silk.
Weighing about 400 grams per linear meter, it has a substantial yet soft and pleasing drape.
Particularly important is the cut size: 620 cm in length by 148 cm in height, equivalent to over 9.17 m² of fabric, in a single continuous piece.
