Volume 1
Molière, Oeuvres Completes. A valued edition of 1868 enriched by beautiful hand-colored full-page portraits. External conditions are good with a solid binding that shows the usual signs of age. Internal conditions are good with the presence of a few foxing spots that do not disturb reading.
Volume 2
Louis Jacolliot, Les Mangeurs de Feu. Illustrated edition with a beautiful publisher’s binding decorated in the fully period cardboard style. External conditions are good, though the binding appears a little loose in structure. Internal conditions are good and the text is readable.
Volume 3, Volume 4 and Volume 5
Ludovico Ariosto, Orlando Furioso. Classic edition in 3 complete and coordinated volumes. External conditions are excellent with bindings very well preserved. Internal conditions are good and show some small natural browning due to the age of the paper.
Volume 6
Jacques-Bénigne Bossuet, Discours sur l’Histoire Universelle. A fine edition of 1870 containing copperplate engravings. External conditions are excellent with a splendid decorative binding. Internal conditions show only small time-stains but remain in good condition.
Volume 7
Charles Blanc, Grammaire des Arts du Dessin. Richly illustrated edition of 1876. External conditions are excellent with bright ornaments. Internal conditions are good, albeit with the presence of small foxing spots.
Volume 8
Benjamin Lafaye, Synonymes Français. A ponderous philological dictionary of 1841. External conditions are excellent and show fine preservation. Internal conditions are good.
Volume 9
Augustin Thierry, Essai sur l’Histoire du Tiers État. Historical edition of 1853. External conditions are good. Internal conditions are equally good with the widespread presence of classic age spots.
Volume 10
Camille Flammarion, Les Mondes Imaginaires et les Mondes Rèels. Famous astronomical and philosophical treatise. External conditions are good. Internal conditions are in good preservation with small browning due to age.
Volume 11
Zulma Spinelli, Les Roses Éffeuillées. Collection of poems from 1867. External conditions are good. Internal conditions are good.
Volume 12
Maurice Barres, Amori et Dolori Sacrum. Edition from the early 20th century. The volume is in good condition both in terms of the external binding and the inner pages.
