« Never Without My Rolex » – No. 14

Contemporary decorative creation by French artist Vanessa Fodera, founder of ARTOYS DESIGNER, made from a new 65 cm Playmobil XXL base.

For this creation, Vanessa Fodera uses the Playmobil XXL figurine as a support for an artistic composition blending Pop Art, urban culture, watchmaking, money and contemporary symbols of social success.

The artist personally designs the graphic universe of the creation and, in her studio, applies the various visual and decorative elements as well as the assembly and finishing touches.

The graphic compositions are conceived by the artist and then realized as UV-DTF prints and applied by her to the sculpture.

This piece humorously distorts the codes of luxury and material success. It questions our relationship to time, money, desire, social status and objects that have become symbols of recognition.
