Description from the seller
### Sea Monster – Atari 2600 – BIT Corporation – PG201 – 1982
Here offered: the **rare original BIT Corporation version of Sea Monster for the Atari 2600**, released in **1982**.
It concerns the **BIT Corporation PG201 version**, recognizable by the original BIT-logo and the model number PG201 on the cartridge. This version is marked in Atari 2600 collector guides as **Rare (R)**.
The lot consists of:
* Original **Sea Monster-cartridge**
* **BIT Corporation** edition
* Model number **PG201**
* Released in **1982**
* Original **instruction booklet**
* PAL edition
The original instruction booklet is a nice supplement and belongs specifically to this BIT Corporation edition. Both the cartridge and the booklet bear the BIT logo and refer to **PG201 / 1982 BIT Corporation**.
*Sea Monster* is an early third-party Atari 2600 title from Bit Corporation. The game was later released under several other names and labels, including Goliath, CCE, Fantastic Game and Puzzy. The original BIT edition offered here is therefore an interesting variant for collectors of early Atari 2600 releases.
**Condition:** the cartridge is in good overall condition, with the original label and the original case. The instruction booklet is original and shows some light creases and signs of use appropriate to its age. See the photos for a good assessment of the condition.
An interesting and relatively rare piece of **Atari- and video game history from 1982**, especially for collectors focusing on Bit Corporation and early Atari 2600 releases.
**Note:** the original retail packaging/box is not included; this concerns the cartridge with the original instruction booklet.
