Vintage mixed decimal optotype chart from the 1980s/1990s with a wooden frame. The original board of the era, used for distance vision tests at 3 meters, displays alphabet letters and Snellen 'E' symbols divided from 1/10 to 11/10. The paper optotype is housed inside a period-appropriate light wood frame with protective glass and a rear hanger. A perfect piece of medical mid-century modern design, ideal as an original decor item or for collectors in the field. The item is in excellent preserved condition.
