Jean-Marie Bloom (born in 1947) – "Structures Neocolor", Medium format, Acrylic on panel.
Architect by training, the artist develops in his paintings a sensitive exploration of the construction of space and matter, rhythmically marked by subtle emphases.
Artistic Profile: Founding member of the Néocolor movement, the artist enjoys international recognition through numerous exhibitions and presentations in foreign galleries (notably in the United States), as well as through his inclusion in official appraisal catalogs. He was notably selected in 2013 by the International Committee to participate in the prestigious Florence International Biennale of Contemporary Art.
Technique: Acrylic on panel, reliefs and characteristic thick textures.
