Niccolò Giani’s Rare Journal, Dottrina Fascista — Anno V, Numero Speciale is a 1st edition, special edition Italian softback published by CEDAM in 1941, comprising 245 pages and measuring 24.5 × 17.5 cm, a historical primary source on Fascist doctrine from October 1940 to January 1941.
Description from the seller
Offered is a rare and apparently complete original issue of Dottrina Fascista, the ideological journal associated with the Scuola di Mistica Fascista (School of Fascist Mysticism), founded by Niccolò Giani.
This Numero Speciale, covering October 1940 to January 1941, was published in Padova by CEDAM (Casa Editrice Dott. Antonio Milani) during the Second World War. The issue provides a contemporary primary-source record of the political, social, economic and geopolitical doctrines promoted by Italian Fascist intellectual circles during the late Fascist period.
The publication contains essays and proceedings addressing subjects including Fascist revolutionary ideology, social organization, economic reconstruction, the concept of "total war", European geopolitical restructuring and the question of national and ethnic minorities in the projected "New Europe".
The original cover carries the printed dedication to Benito Mussolini:
"Al Duce con fede assoluta"
("To the Duce with absolute faith")
It is accompanied by excerpts from Mussolini's speeches concerning the ideological and administrative development of the Fascist Revolution.
Contents
Among the principal contributions are:
G. Kaisserlian-Ostali — La Rivoluzione fascista come irrevocabile avvento storico della giovinezza
Vincenzo Buonassisi — La Rivoluzione sul piano sociale
Anonymous / Editorial — Caratteristiche della guerra d'oggi
Gustavo Carelli — Problemi della nuova Europa – Le Minoranze
Arrigoni — Aspetti della ricostruzione economica – Le Riparazioni
