Elegant malachite vide-poche
Belgian craftsmanship, early 20th century, malachite originating from Congo

Polished malachite jewelry bowl for rings, earrings, etc.
Beautiful malachite patterns on each side that flow into one another, meaning the vide-poche is made from a single piece of malachite and not from separately cut slices
At the bottom the unpolished 'bark' of the rock is clearly visible

Dimensions: 15.5 cm length x 11 cm width x 3 cm height
Weight: 783 grams
Good condition, some signs of wear
Origin: Belgium, Congo, first half of the 20th century

Afmetingen : 15.5 cm lengte x 11 cm breedte x 3 cm hoogte
Gewicht : 783 gram
Goede staat, enkele gebruikssporen
Afkomstig uit België, Congo, 1e helft 20e eeuw
