We offer an original bifolio - 4 pages - extracts from a very ancient antiphonary presumably belonging to an old cathedral.

The work from which this page is taken was printed around 1600 and unfortunately only a few sheets could be recovered, as the others were lost and unrecoverable due to a flood.

The pages presented here feature some finely colored initials printed in red ink at the time of printing and an illuminated initial engraved with a burin and richly decorated.
