Description from the seller
This wine is born from an agricultural project by Peppe Pagano, where after purchasing the first plots of land he begins to bring to life fantastic products. Jungano is its emblem, an Aglianico IGT Paestum that comes from the selection of grapes vinified at a controlled temperature and aged in steel, with a 12-month maturation in barrique. Despite the passage in new wood, this wine presents itself soft and harmonious, able to preserve freshness. In the glass it appears ruby red with aromas of cherry and red fruits. On the palate you notice a crunchy yet refined tannin, with a long and persistent finish. It is certainly a wine to drink with red meats and game, but also certainly a meditative choice with friends exploring its great evolution. Awarded by James Suckling with 91 points, Falstaff 91/100, the Winehunter Award and DWWA.
