Material: solid bronze/brass alloy with original period silvering, patina of time.
In the center, a Liberty/Art Deco high-relief with a central winged figure (Propaganda/Victory) crowning the allegories of Agriculture with sheaves, Industry with a hammer, Commerce and the Arts.
