A beautiful and highly decorative pair of French Sèvres-style porcelain urns, meticulously mounted as table lamps in the elegant Louis XVI Revival style.
Each vase features a vibrant Rose Pompadour (pink) ground color, accented with elaborate, raised matte and burnished hand-painted gilding. The obverse sides are finely painted with oval portrait miniatures set within gilded frames, depicting the French monarchs King Louis XVI and Queen Marie Antoinette. The reverse sides feature vibrant, hand-painted bouquets of classical European garden flowers.
