Magnificent portrait of John F. Kennedy, photographed in the White House gardens in 1961, at the beginning of his presidency.
On January 20, 1961, John F. Kennedy becomes the 35th president of the United States. This portrait soberly captures the presence and personality of the new president, in a natural setting at the heart of the White House.
