PATIÍ ROMA, an original acrylic painting on canvas (75 × 60 cm), signed, created in 2026 in France, depicting a cityscape of Rome with a multicolour palette.
Description from the seller
Roma — 75 × 60 cm
Original acrylic painting on canvas, created from a photograph taken by the artist during a visit to Rome in 2025. The painting transforms an ordinary Roman street into a study of architecture, light and colour, focusing on the layered façades, shutters, tiled roofs and strong Mediterranean shadows characteristic of the historic city.
Rather than depicting a famous monument, the work captures the atmosphere of everyday Rome, where weathered buildings, irregular forms and contrasting colours create a naturally composed urban scene. The warm ochres, terracotta, yellow and muted blue are balanced by deep architectural shadows, giving the composition a strong sense of depth and structure.
The photograph served as the starting point, but the final image is an original interpretation by the artist, with architectural details, colours, light and shadows deliberately reconstructed through painting.
Medium: Acrylic on canvas
Size: 75 × 60 cm
Year: 2025
Condition: Excellent
Signed by the artist
Due to the size of the work, the canvas will be carefully rolled and securely packed in a protective tube for shipping. The stretcher frame is not included. This allows the artwork to be transported safely while avoiding unnecessary shipping costs and risk of damage.
