Five福光砡 natural stone cups by Mizuki Seidou, each about 3.5 cm tall and 5 cm in diameter, with differing colours and patterns and weights of approximately 26–43 g, sold with the original box (共箱); one angular cup (43 g) has cracks and multiple old repairs with metal pins.
Description from the seller
This is a five-piece set of cups from the traditional craft “Fukimitsu” (Fukuka Gyu) from Fukumi, Nanjo City, Toyama Prefecture. It comes with a storage box (tomobako).
These cups are carved from natural stone, and each of the five pieces has its own unique color, pattern, and shape. Weights are approximately 30 g, 29 g, 43 g, 26 g, and 29 g respectively.
The 43 g square cup has cracks and has been repair-stitched in several places with metal pins from an old repair. Please check the photos for the repair condition. There are also signs of use due to age on the other cups.
The tomobako (storage box) bears an inscription. All five cups are listed with the tomobako.
