Special vintage golf collection – Slazenger leather bag – Ben Hogan, Jack Nicklaus, MacGregor, Henry Cotton, Top-Flite – ca. 1940/60

Offered as a single collection: a remarkable vintage golf set with the original green leather Slazenger golf bag and a varied selection of classic golf clubs from well-known historic brands and players.
The collection includes clubs from Slazenger, Ben Hogan, MacGregor, Top-Flite, Henry Cotton/Nicoll, Jean Donald and Jack Nicklaus.
A beautiful collection for the enthusiast of vintage golf, a collector of golf memorabilia, vintage sports equipment, or as a decorative ensemble for a golf club, office, man cave, or interior.

Also notable are the original details. Some clubs still have their traditional leather grips, appropriate to the period in which these clubs were made.
The clubs are deliberately in authentic, used condition. On the club heads, signs of use, patina, and local oxidation are visible. The wooden clubs likewise show their age and history of use. See the photos clearly for this.
The clubs have not been aggressively polished or restored. Inscriptions, logos, ferrules and other historic details are still visible.
The leather dark-green Slazenger bag is also an attractive part of the collection. The bag features a classic construction, metal fittings, shoulder strap, original Slazenger badge and an old handicap/score hanger. Age and wear are part of the authentic state.
The full collection is offered as one lot and is preferably not split up.
