• Unique Original Artwork

This charming original artwork by Joan Vizcarra recreates a memorable scene from Disney’s *The Sword in the Stone*, bringing together young Arthur and the eccentric wizard Merlin in his wonderfully cluttered study.

Merlin pours tea from a turquoise teapot while Arthur watches attentively from across the table. Surrounded by books, curious objects and Archimedes the owl, the scene captures the warm and humorous relationship between master and young apprentice. The abundance of background details gives the composition a rich narrative quality, inviting the eye to explore every corner of Merlin’s magical world.

THis piece combines expressive character drawing with a particularly vivid palette of turquoise, green, ochre and warm earthy tones. Visible brushstrokes and painterly textures preserve the spontaneity of traditional illustration, while the large 50 x 35 cm format gives the fully developed scene a strong visual presence.
