A highly collectible Japanese single malt whisky from Mars Tsunuki Distillery, released as No. 17 of the renowned Yoshitoshi Ghost Series.
Distilled in 2017, this non-peated single malt was matured for four years in Bourbon Cask #T431 and bottled in 2022 at 61% ABV. The release was strictly limited to only 200 bottles worldwide, making it a particularly scarce bottling from the Tsunuki Distillery.
The Ghost Series, selected by Japanese whisky expert and author Stefan Van Eycken, is a highly distinctive series of rare Japanese whiskies. Each release features an artwork from Tsukioka Yoshitoshi’s famous New Forms of Thirty-Six Ghosts series. Ghost #17 features the artwork “The Spirit of the Komachi Cherry Tree.”
