POPLEA FAIT LE MUR - "Statué de la liberté" by POPLEA is a digital painting in a limited edition, produced in 2020 or later, measuring 80 x 60 cm, made in France, signed by hand, in excellent condition and weighing 5 g, printed on 3 mm aluminium with a glossy finish and ready to hang with the included fixing system.
Description from the seller
With this new series, Popléa transforms the Rubik’s Cube into a component of artistic composition. Each face is designed as a small mosaic of nine colored pixels. Visually assembled, these faces participate in a larger image.
The portrait appears behind a wall of cracked concrete blocks. As if, by breaking the brutality of the concrete, one discovers the strength of a work that had been hidden until now. The rough, gray material contrasts with the vibrant colors of the cubes: the wall cracks, the art reveals itself.
High-definition print on 3 mm aluminum, glossy finish with visual depth and gallery effect. Work delivered ready to hang with mounting system included.
The artist Popléa:
If you own this artwork, you hold an authentic piece signed Popléa.
But you should know: Popléa is a pseudonym.
The artist has not yet revealed their identity—deliberately. This choice is part of a broader artistic project, a form of experiment:
Create without a name, without status, without biography.
The artwork alone. The image alone. What it evokes. What you feel.
The artist behind Popléa is already exhibited, recognized, collected—but chose to explore another path, freer. To refuse filters, codes, discourses.
To refuse that it is always the same people—galleries, experts, networks—who decide what has value.
Perhaps what you possess is the beginning of something.
Or perhaps it is simply a work that speaks to you, here and now.
Both options are beautiful.
And deep down, perhaps that is the true luxury.
The work is hand-signed, delivered ready to hang, in 4x4 packaging with insured shipping included.
Happy bidding
