Description from the seller
Art Deco ring with old-cut diamond and rose-cut diamonds
Elegant Art Deco ring executed in a combination of 17.5-karat gold and platinum. The ring features a richly openworked geometric design, characteristic of the Art Deco period, with the front made in platinum and the shank in 17.5-karat gold (XRF-tested).
Centered is the ring set with an old-cut diamond, placed in a stepped setting that adds extra emphasis to the stone. Around the central diamond is a refined composition of rose-cut diamonds, incorporated into a decorative pattern of circles, arches and openworked ornaments. The combination of different diamond cuts creates a lively play of light and emphasizes the historic character of the jewelry.
