The dish is formed by a series of radiating petal-shaped sections, each finely engraved with a stylised fleur-de-lis motif. The outer border is embellished with detailed raised floral and foliate decoration, creating an attractive contrast between the polished surfaces and the darker recessed areas.
The central well is plain and polished, highlighting the elaborate decoration surrounding it.
A charming and highly decorative piece of traditional silverware, suitable for use as a small serving dish, bonbon dish or display piece.
