The Rolex Cosmograph Daytona Ref. 16520 is an all-stainless-steel Daytona produced from 1988 to around 2000, during the famous Zenith El Primero movement era. Your specification, A-serial from 1999, refers to one of the later-production examples of the 16520. By this period, Rolex had made a number of refinements to the model, and details such as the dial configuration, bezel markings, hands, bracelet, and serial/reference characteristics are important when assessing originality and collector value.
